Frank's death certificate reports he died in Boone Township of Greene County. There is no current township reported by the name of Boone. Boone Township was where Ash Grove was. In the 1900 census above, note that they were reported living in Boone Township excluding Ash Grove. So their farm was outside Ash Grove city limits. Other records report residence and/or birth places as Ash Grove. Frank's medical report and burial took place in Ash Grove.
