- "I descend from Miram Wright's older brother James Floyd. Their mother was Lucy, b c 1795, NC (1850 Russell Co, Alabama census) c 1797, NC (1860 census). I don't know her maiden name, nor do I know Mr. Allen's first name. Youngest Allen child Wesley was born c 1833 in Georgia, so Mr. Allen died between c 1833 and 1850."
