The birth date given here differs from that on Mary's gravestone. Wanda Cox reported to me the dates of birth and death on Mary's grave in Harmony Cemetery, Parker County, Texas.
"Sarah (Teter) Brown and her husband James Richard Brown are buried at the Harmony Cemetery about 3 miles from my house. And two of their daughters are buried there as well. Hannah M. (Brown) Cox 9/27/1854-11/12/1887 and Mary V. (Brown) Hurst are buried there."

Richard and Sarah had 4 daughters, Hannah, Mary, Nancy and Dee Brown, All are buried at the Harmony Cem, Parker Co., Texas
