  A puzzling mariage record and matching 1930 census record seems to match James and one Lena Hall.  But a closer examinaiotn of the census record indicates the name may be Time, which then matches a marriage record of one Tim Poston to a Lena Hall in DeWitt, Arkansas, in 1924.  This Tim is about the same age as James Theodore Poston, and further, no record has been found for James in the name of Jim.
  
  Some genealogies report Lena Hall, the wife of Tim Poston, as the wife of our James Theodore Poston.  Tim, being born in Illinois, does appear to be part of the same Poston family, but his connection is not known.  James Theodore  marriied Mary Inez Boinner in 1922.  No marriage record for them has been found, but the Poston-Bonner marriage is reported in the Hawpe Family Tree.  A couple of other genealogies report the same marirage date, but no records or documentation is provided by any of these.  These records appear to reflect Timothy Kermit Poston, who later lived and died in Little Rock, and was buried in the Big LaGrue Cemetery near DeWitt.

  James is reported here as born in Illinois, while the 1910 census reports that James Theodore Poston was born in Arkansas County.  The reported ages at first marriage for Jim and Lena don't match.  Lena's first marriage, if the reported age is correct, was 6 years earlier (abt 1924), while James' was only 4 years earlier (abt 1926).  The age reported for Lena matches their marriage record, which reports they were married 27 July 1924.
