It appears the following 1920 census is for this Charlie who married Porter Strange's daughter Cynthia. But the age reported is younger than the reported birth date for him in 1898. But ages vary in censuses so this is not definitive. The Civil District 8 is the same as Charlie and Cynthia are later reported living in.

Genealogies report the son of Nat is the one of this name who married Cynthia, daughter of Porter. They married in September, which fits with this census. Another marriage record reports the marriage of two individuals of the same two names in neighboring Cocke County in 1918. That Charlie Henry appears to have been born in 1900 or 1899.
