    Earl Dean Sellers, 65, of Crossett died Thursday, April 17, 2003. Born September 25, 1937, in Smackover to Homer and Lucille Sellers, he was of the Pentecostal faith and had retired from Georgia-Pacific after 33 years of service. He coached his sons and other teams in baseball for 14 years and taught them to hunt and fish. He was a member of the Klazzy Kruzers Car Club and had won numerous awards at area shows, with his 1938 coupe selected as the car of the year for 2003. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Harold Sellers.

    Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Shirley McDuffie Sellers; three sons, Bobby Sellers, Kevin Sellers and wife Jan, all of Crossett, and Mike Sellers and wife Janice of Knoxville, TN; two brothers, Homer Ray Sellers of Smackover and Charles Sellers of El Dorado; five grandsons, Mitchell, Paul, Troy, Brandon and Bryan; two step-grandchildren, Melissa and Kevin; three step-great-grandchildren, Tyler, Austin and Evan; and a number of nieces and nephews.

    Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 24, in the First United Pentecostal Church of Crossett with Revs. Larry Hickman and Jimmie Lewis officiating. Pallbearers were Kenny Jenkins, Phillip "Donnie" Swan, Floyd Pearson, Gary Mayhew, Bobby Vickers and Raymond Pitchford. Honorary pallbearers were James Tucker, Max Woods, John Pennington, D. C. Dodd, Billy Morris, Frank Jenkins, Mike Shirley and other members of Klassy Kruzers.

    Burial followed services at the Rest Haven Cemetery in Smackover with arrangements by Jones Funeral Home of Crossett. Memorials may be made to the First United Pentecostal Church, P. O. Box 715, Crossett, AR 71635.
