According to the Danville Bee, a tombstone was to be purchased for Nancy by the DAR and placed by [beside? -- The DAR was not formed until 1890, and Berryman Green died before that, so the stone could not have been placed by Berryman Green.] her husband Berryman Green, for whom the Chapter is named. The article states the grave is near the Richmond-South Boston highway, a short distance from Terry's Bridge at the old Nathaniel Terry Homestead.
The slave cemetery is located just below the Terry Cemetery.
