  Note that the enumerator reported Thursey born  in Texas, but reported her children's mother born in Illinois like Thursey's.  This kind of error strangely happens a lot in these old censuess.
  
  In 1899, when Henry was 32, he married for the first time, to 18-year-old Effie Graves.  They were both living in Ardmore.
