Notes

The two sources I have found differ on the month of marriage. Richard Bates reports the marriage date as 3 Feb 1826, while the anonymous World Family Tree gives the date of 3 Mar 1826. The creator of Mary Eliza's memorial on Find a Grave reports the date of 3 February 1826.

All Thomas and Mary's children are listed on one page of the 1850 census. All are stil in their home, except thier oldest child John, who is married and living next door with his wife Elizabeth.
