• Terry Sue <Unknown Last Name> was Wayne Dumond's third wife, whom it is thought he married in Missouri. His three sons were all from his first marriage.
  
  About a year after his divorce from his first wife, Wayne was convicted of rape and murder in Forrest City, Arkansas.  Through a complicated process that involved extensive political and public advocacy for Wayne, he was released and moved to Missouri.  There in 2000 he remarried, then other events and convictions ensued.

  DuMond moved to Smithville, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City, in August 2000 and married a woman named Terry Sue, who had been in a church group that had traveled to the Arkansas prison to visit him. Only days later, on September 20, Carol Sue Shields, thirty-nine, of nearby Parkville was raped and murdered. The next June, Sarah Andrasek, twenty-three, who was pregnant, was raped and murdered.
  
  On June 22, 2001, DuMond was arrested and charged with Shields’s murder and was convicted in the summer of 2003.  Charges were being prepared for Andrasek’s murder in the fall of 2005, but DuMond was found dead in his cell at the Crossroads Correctional Center in Cameron, Missouri, on September 1, a day after the Missouri Court of Appeals unanimously upheld his conviction in Shields’s murder.

  I was able to discover Terry Sue's name as Terry Sue Wood.  This was her subsequent married name.  A record on her MyLife site  indicates that in 2003, two years before her husband Wayne DuMond's death, she was liiving in Kansas City, Missouri.  A Kansas City suburb, Smithville, is reported as her current residence and the place where she and Wayne DuMond married, is in Clay and Platte counties, along the Little Platte River.

  An earlier marriage record indicates that James Donald Wood and Terry Sue were previously married in 1962.  The marriage record reports Terry's last name as Niederland.  Thus it appears that Niederland was Terry Sue's maiden name.
