  This Mary J Gregory appears to be the sister of Susan Rhinehart here, whom I was told was Susannah Gregory.
  
  "Her name was Thirza T Rinehart, daughter of Isaac Rinehart & Susannah Gregory."

  However, this appears to be the same Susan J Gregory who married Neil (Niel/Neal) B Holt in 1836.  So her appearance in the 1850 census alone in her sister's home with her maiden name is somewhat of a puzzle.  The genealogy below reports that Mary Gregory who married Neil Holt was born in Wilson County, Tennessee (Lebanon, near Nashville), and was married in Shelby County, Ttennessee (Memphis).  Thus this may be a different person.
