- Terry was born in Oklahoma. I do not know when he moved to New Mexico. He was issued his Social Security number in Oklahoma. So he was still in Oklahoma in the 1930s. 1937 is the first year of the Social Security Death Index. Terry and his wife Margarite lived in Albuquerque since I was a child. He was in the US Air Force then the Navy, working at bases in Albuquerque.
I remember visiting them in Albuquerque at least once when I was a child. We were there in 1956, when our family took a vacation through the western states of the US. In adult life my wife and I visited them two or three times.
