  "Bill" was the daughter of Samuel Day Smith and Ella Lucinda Winter Smith.  She was born in Indian Territory in 1905.  Bill's siblings were; Ora Ida, Cecil Coleman, and Edna Pearl Smith.
  August 25 1924, Bill married Roy Thomas Nicar in Jefferson Co TX.  They had children, Dorothy Lee and Roy Jack Nicar. Roy and Bill divorced and later in life she married Donald Francis Kline.
  She was a retired switchboard operator for the T R W Mission Manufacturing Co in Houston, Tx.
