Harold "Pah-ko" Parker
Birth 1883, Death Aug 1902
I think this is Harold ‘Pah-ko' Parker, son of Quanah Parker (#1371) and Cho ny (#49678495). According to the Indian census rolls Pah-ko was born 1881; the 1900 federal census also gives an 1881 birthyear at which time he was a student at Carlisle. I believe the headstone reads that he died age 19 years, and thus born in 1883. He is last counted in the June 30, 1902 Indian census roll and then disappears from all records after that, so I think that is a match to this headstone, as well. He was Quanah Parker's firstborn son. -- Information provided by Lisa Stalnaker.
