Myrtle N. Couch, 69, of 210 W. Fourth died at 2:45 a.m., August 15, in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
A homemaker, she was a native of Coal County, Oklahoma and a Borger resident for 30 years.
She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.
She is survived by her husband, C.W. "Cody" Couch of the home; three sons, Ralph Couch, Merle Couch and Larry Couch, all of Stinnett; five sisters, Jewel Hart, Essie Gilbert, and Josephine Chellman, all of Coalgate, Okla., Pearl Estes of Pittsburg, CA., and Flossie Kincaide of Springdale, Ark., and 12 grandchildren.
She married C.W. "Cody" Counch [sic] November 8, 194 at Atoka, OKla.
Services are pending with Alexander-Morton Funeral Directors.

Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Alexander-Morton Funeral Directors.
