I got the full name of Veda Hudson from Barbara Stevens, who has gathered much information on the Barnett and Hudson families. She reports Veda's birth date from her death certificate as 25 April 1919. This matches the report I had previously found on the family. We see here that she was reported as 11 month old in the 1920 census. In 1930 she is reported as 11 years old.
