Notes
- According to Brian Demoe (http://www.happyones.com/genealogy/dumont/index.html), Marie Madeleine Tourneroche was Julien's second wife. His first wife, Catherine Topsan, whom Julien married in Québec City, had 7 children with Julien, before she died in December 1693. Brian reports that Julien and Marie married on Ile d'Orléans, Quebec, where Julien's estate was, on 19 October 1694.
They moved about 1702-4 to La Durantaye, where they finished out their years. Over the next 20 years, they had 10 children. Julien died 17 May 1715, but I do not have a date for Marie Madeleine's death.
