  The PO Box reference is odd, being a name instead of a number in Ada.  The order of Bettie's names are reversed also, with her maiden name appearring to be Moodie and Philpot the married name.  It appears the fields in the transcription information have gotten confused in the Ancestry.com record.  The P O Box designation is the same as the name given twice in Bettie's entry in the records.  This address is also shown for her brother Newt in the same year.
  
  In this public-records collection entry, notice that in the comment-correction in brackets, they have Moodie as her middle name and her last name.  Perhaps her middle name was Moodie and she married someone named Moodie.  Bettie died before 2005, when she is mentioned in her brother's obituary as preceding him in death.  In that obituary she is named Betty Moody, also indicating this as a married name.
  
  The 1940 census record for Bettie has her name as Bettie Marie Philpot, which makes a lot more sense as her given name.
  
  "Joseph Newton "Joe" Philpot ... died Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at a local nursing home. ... Survivors include his wife, Vera E Philpot, ... a brother, Jim W Philpot, Poteau; ... He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Snider and a sister, Betty Moody."

  I later found her Social Security Death Index record, which indicates her last residence address was still in Ada.  But her bnenefits were going to an address in Vicksburg, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  I have not yet figured that one out.  This may be another case of mixed record information.  I know of no other connection of this Philpot family with Michigan.
