We see here the birth states for Etta and here parents have changed. I think the W in Elmer's name here stands for William, but I have not found definite evidence for this. In 1930 living next door is James and Etta's son James Page and his wife Eula.

There are some discrepancies in this memorial record. The date of birth has the year 1877, instead of the year 1872. Did Ms misread the date, taking the 2 of 1882 as a 7 to get 1877? should be 1872]. The date of death given is Oct. 1, 1954, while several family genealogies report the date of death as 29 September 1954 (apparently from family sources, since they include other details like James' middle name, though otherwise undocumented). Was 1 October 1954 the date of the burial? There is no photo of the gravestone on this memorial for us to compare.
