Notes
- There is a minimal entry for Manus C Boyd on the FindaGrave registry, with a photo of his gravestone. Interestingly, the stone reports his birth date only by the year 1914. His death certificate reports the exact date of death which is 19 May 1913. I conclude that the birth year was wrong on the stone, since his mother was the informant for the death certificate. The death certificate does not report the place of birth.
