    Re: Letitia Green Jackson Randolph

In my brief conversation with Christine Jackson several months ago, she did mention a story her father (William F. Jackson, Ean's oldest son) told her. She said they buried a family member in Greenville Cemetery, north of Marietta off of the old highway. They had to push the wagon with the coffin in it through the mud and it was awful he had said. I wasn't able to ask her any more questions, like if he mentioned who all helped or his age. Who could this family member have been?

William F. Jackson was born in 1902 so we can assume he wouldn't have been helping with something like that until he was 6 or 7, I would think, so about 1908 to 1910. I don't know of any family members buried in this cemetery. I have personally walked this cemetery and found nothing, but there are many stones without writing and many unmarked graves.

    Chokma'shki/Thank You,
