I am uncertain whether Carl was born in Arkansas County or after  they moved to Cleburne County.  I have not found a definitive date when they made that move.  I am certain they were in or near DeWitt into mid 1925, because of birth information of Gladys, born in DeWitt on 12 April 1925.
