  Note that the cemetery reported in the death certificatre is Rose Hill Cem,etery in Tyler, where she had been resident for some time.  There is a burial plot and memorial in that cemetery.  The memorial on Find a Grave has no photo of the gravestone.

  But there is a second one in Seaton Cemetery, Potosí, Callahan County, Texas.  Callahan County is next to Eastland County, near her son's home where she died,  Her residence had been in Smith County, which is in East Texas, quite a distance away.
  
  Her grave in Callahan County reports the date of death as 20 April 1975, instead of 19 April, as the death certificate indicates.  There is a photo of this gravestone on the respective memorial on Find a Grave.  The grave in Tyler has the date of 19 A;pril 1975.
