Oklahoma vital records are not available online, but the State makes them available only as paper documents on a fee basis. The date of Donna's marriage to Chester Mearl Cox is also reported by several genealogies, but no source is reported, even family sources like Bibles of personal knowledge. The date of marriage is reported as 6 Oct 1945 in Anadarko, Caddo County, Oklahoma.
