  While the Death Index has only her first name Neva, her name on her death certificate is Neva Foye.  A genealogy ot two has her name as Neva Faye.  But the name on her memorial on Find a Grave is Foye.  No gravestone photo was  posted on the memorial until July 2015.  The name on the grave is simply Foye Spann.
