This genealogy has the incorrect birth place for Daisy's husband,apparently guessing that Gentryville, where the couple lived for the1900 census, was Archie's birth place. But their son Cecil's WWIdraft card reports that Archie was born in Jasper, in Dubois County,Indiana. But this genealogy gives us Daisy's last name.
The birth date reported here appears to come from the 1900 censusalso. This birth date differs from that on Daisy's gravestone, whichreports a birth year (only) of 1880. Her age in the 1910 census isalso consistent with birth in 1878.

Daisy V died in Arkansas in 1917, about a year after the birth of herdaughter Daisy. She and Archie are buried side by side in Mt PleasantCemtery, Ethel, Arkansas County, Arkansas, with a joint headstone.
