Frank was recorded with his parents in the 1910 census in Comanche County, Oklahoma. This census differs from the 1900 census, taken in Texas, and now reports that Frank was born in Texas. I think we can take the 1900 census as correct, since that is closest to both Frank's birth and the move to Texas. But his granddaughter was udner the impression that Frank was born in Grandview, where they were enumerated in the 1900 census.

"Frank Williams (who married my paternal grandmother Esther (nee Gagne) Theriault).was born in Grandview Texas 05 APR 1888." [But see the 1900 census above, in Grandview, reporting all the children born in Mississipi. It appears they moved to Grandview after Frank was born.]
