• A collection of data reports his mother as Parazade Bearden.  The source of the information in the collection is not clear.  He was born in 1895.  The name of his father's wife in the 1900 census is Pansey, and her birth parents' birth state information does not match definite records of Parazade Bearden Hill later.
  
  It is possible Pansey Hill was William B Hill's second wife and the mother of all children born before 1900, and that Parazade was the third wife.  The 1920 census reports that she was the third wife.  The 1910 census is indeterminate, because the wife is reported as simply P Hill.
