Harvey's Death Certificate reports his mother as Parazay (Parazade) Bearden. Die to some conflicts in data, it is possible she was his stepmother rather than his mother. Many genealogies report that William's wife in 1900 named Pansey is the same persons Parazade Bearden who was his wife in 1820, but there are some discrepancies that make it appears they are two different persons. And the 1920 census reports that Parazade is the third wife. In the 1910 census William's wife is reported as P Hill, so it is not definitive. The birth places also are all only US, with no states specified.
